I believe that much of what shapes us operates beneath the surface. We are influenced by our relationships, our families, our environments, our histories, and the patterns we develop in response to them. Over time, these patterns can become so familiar that we forget they are patterns at all.
We can begin to mistake them for who we are. I see therapy as an opportunity to slow down and become curious about what is happening within you. What guides your decisions? What are you protecting yourself from? What are you longing for? What happens when you allow yourself to really feel what is already there? I don’t believe difficult emotions are problems that need to be conquered or parts of ourselves that need to be eliminated. I believe they have something to tell us. When we can approach our inner experience with acceptance rather than fear or judgment, something begins to shift. We can loosen our grip, understand ourselves more clearly, and create space for something new to emerge. My approach is grounded in presence, authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I’m interested in the relationship you have with yourself and how that relationship shapes the way you move through the world. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped you while creating space to discover what feels more authentic and alive. |
I believe healing is not always about becoming someone new. Sometimes it is about becoming more fully acquainted with who you already are beneath the noise, expectations, and defenses that have accumulated over time.
I’m not here to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like. I want to meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you develop the clarity and trust to find your own way forward.
For me, there is something deeply meaningful about the ordinary act of being human: learning to inhabit your own life more fully, to feel what you feel, to understand yourself with compassion, and to discover the freedom that can emerge when you no longer have to run from yourself.
