You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of anxiety for so long that it feels normal. Maybe you’re constantly taking care of everyone else while quietly wondering who’s taking care of you. Or perhaps you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with relationships, or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I believe that the ways we cope often develop for a reason. The thoughts, behaviors, and protective patterns that once helped you get through difficult experiences may now be leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted.

Therapy isn’t about judging those parts of you or trying to make you into someone different. It’s about understanding your story with compassion, discovering what those patterns have been protecting, and creating space for new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are today.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe for you while building practical tools that support lasting change both inside and outside of our sessions.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, stress, grief, and emotional overwhelm. I also enjoy supporting individuals who are learning to establish healthier boundaries, better understand themselves, and reconnect with their strengths.

My approach is trauma-informed and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, I strive to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

As a National Certified Counselor and Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I have over six years of experience working in behavioral health across schools, community mental health, crisis services, and outpatient settings. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing happens through authentic connection, curiosity, and compassion.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it perfectly. If you’re ready to begin—or even if you’re simply wondering whether therapy might be right for you—I would be honored to walk alongside you.
