You are doing everything "right," but you still feel exhausted, hopeless, disconnected, or constantly on edge. In a modern culture that glorifies relentless hustle, hyper-individualism, and the need to constantly optimize every aspect of life, it is no wonder you feel this way. The anxiety, depression, or existential dread you are experiencing are not flaws to be "fixed." They are deeply intelligent adaptations and natural, systemic reactions to a society that overemphasizes linear progress at the expense of your holistic well-being.
In our sessions, we will move beyond just managing surface-level symptoms and get curious about the root of your struggles. We will gently deconstruct the heavy expectations and protective shields you have been carrying, making space for your truest self to emerge. I utilize a "cultural triangulation" approach, introducing the liberating wisdom of Eastern philosophies—like Taoism and Hinduism—to counterbalance the rigid scripts of Western society. Together, we can explore concepts like wu wei (effortless action) and the profound relief of stepping away from the pressure of a singular, grand "purpose." My practice balances this deep existential exploration with practical, action-oriented frameworks. Alongside exploring life's big questions, we will utilize neuroscience-backed techniques to facilitate neuroplasticity and regulate your nervous system. My ultimate goal is to help you experience reality without the constant need to judge, comment on, or perform for it—helping you realize that you are, quite literally, the universe experiencing itself. |
My style is warm, conversational, person-centered, and deeply collaborative. Whether we are navigating life transitions, untangling identity issues, or utilizing harm reduction strategies, I am here to sit across from you without judgment. If you are ready to stop merely surviving and start defining well-being on your own terms, I would love to connect.
