Did you know that the word psyche comes from the Greek word for spirit or soul and thus the word psychology means study of the soul??? I find that understanding psychology only through the lens of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors limits our ability to heal. Our mind, body, and spirit are connected. Our thoughts and emotions are energy. We are energy and we create through our energy. Our Soul is the word we use for the essential part of our Being. We are spiritual Beings having a human experience. We do not have a Soul, we are a Soul.
This is why I offer holistic and integrative Mental Health, combining spiritual practices with psychology to support mental, emotional, and relational health. My specialities areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationships, including parenting.

I combine spiritual practices with evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you be more authentically you, which I find to be helpful in alleviating many symptoms of the most common mental health and relationship issues people face. Reiki Energy Healing $60/30 minute session

Reiki is a great resource for stress reduction, relaxation, energy clearing and balancing, and support for your immune system and body's healing. Reiki can be provided in-person in Gainesville, FL or virtually anywhere.
In-person, I provide no-touch Reiki, allowing my hands to hover over your body to channel the energy where needed. Virtually, I use crystals to signify your energy centers and use the distance healing symbol to send Reiki to your body, wherever you are. I do ask that you allow yourself to receive the Reiki from a quiet, comfortable place free of distractions during the scheduled healing time to allow for optimum receptivity. |

For decades I lived completely disconnected from my body. I didn't feel emotions or hunger, fatigue or desire. All I did was work and minimally sustain my body's needs. I did whatever I needed to feel financially secure, working 60+ hours a week, living off of caffeine and snacks. I was so focused on achievement that I completely was unaware of, and thus neglected, the inner world of Me. I began to have heart palpitations, constipation and bloating, elbow and neck pain, rashes. These were not medical issues, they were evidence of social and emotional issues. My body wasn't sick, it was trying to communicate.
I have always been fascinated by the mind-body connection. Becoming a therapist allowed me to hear people's stories and see patterns in emotional and relational experiences and physical symptoms or ailments that they suffered with. I began to study what I call Body Psychology, learning about social and emotional energy and our physical body. I learned that our ways of being can block or restrict the natural flow of our energy, particularly when we are acting out of alignment, such as when Ego is leading. Being out of alignment for too long can then manifest as physical symptoms and can lead to illness. This is what was happening when I had the physical symptoms I mentioned earlier. I learned how to research the messages the body communicates through the physical symptoms so that I and my clients could address issues and regain optimum flow of our energy. |
Intuitive Yoga is all about being in flow. It encourages you to move your body in ways that feel good for your mind, body, and spirit. Combining it with the insight of Body Psychology allows you to focus on the areas and messages your body is bringing attention to. I use the research and texts of a variety of skilled and experienced healers to help interpret your body's symptoms into messages. Body Psychology and Intuitive Yoga sessions include reading these messages, discussing opportunities to change and address the issues, and movement of your body to help the energy flow.

Personal COaching
Initial Coaching Session with INTEGRATIVE ENNEAGRAM, NUMEROLOGY, AND HUMAN DESIGN READING $222
I offer coaching for those who want to integrate the information from their Enneagram, Human Design, and Numerology into their daily life. For your initial session, we will have 90 minutes to discuss your charts and how to start to integrate your Enneagram, Human Design, and Numerology information into your life. You are encouraged to schedule follow-up coaching sessions for ongoing support and guidance as needed. Coaching sessions are offered online or in-person in Gainesville, Florida.
The 90 minute initial coaching session includes your Numerology Personality Profile, Your Human Design, and Your Enneagram Type. We'll use this information to build Soulutions to guide and support your goals and dreams!

Follow-up coaching provides additional 30 minute sessions to continue the conversation from your initial coaching session. We'll continue to use the information from your Numerology Personality Profile, Your Human Design, and Your Enneagram Type to guide and support your goals.

We'll look at your Numerology and the company's Numerology to assess alignment, and also explore your Enneagram type and Human Design to see how your unique energies show up in your work. I find this to be incredibly helpful when starting or rebranding a business or when assessing your career.

I've had the opportunity to facilitate Team Coaching with a variety of businesses, including non-profits, schools, universities, and professional organizations. These coaching sessions provide experiential learning and engage each person in their own personal growth, while also enhancing the team's performance.
